Neighborhood Beautification Committee – Now Forming

The Board of Directors of the Locust Hollow Homeowners’ Association is pleased to announce the formation of a Neighborhood Beautification Committee.

The purpose of this committee is to enhance the overall appearance, curb appeal, and enjoyment of our community through thoughtful landscaping improvements, seasonal plantings, and aesthetic enhancements to common areas.

Committee Responsibilities May Include:

• Recommending landscaping improvements for common areas 
• Proposing seasonal planting plans and maintenance ideas 
• Evaluating opportunities for beautification projects 
• Providing input on plant selection, design concepts, and visual consistency throughout the neighborhood 
• Assisting the Board in prioritizing projects within the approved budget 

The committee will serve in an advisory capacity, with all final decisions subject to approval by the Board of Directors in accordance with HOA governing documents.

Volunteer Opportunity
We are seeking homeowners who have an interest in landscaping, gardening, or community improvement to participate on this committee. No professional experience is required—just a willingness to contribute ideas and collaborate.
